RE: TESTIMONY SUBMITTED PRIOR TO JULY 13, 2012
If you have already submitted your testimony via the members’ forum (or via email) and if you have faxed your signature to Attorney Richard Gilbert’s office prior to July 13, 2012, your testimony has been already properly submitted. Any evidence within your submitted testimony referencing photographic or video evidence (via jpg files and URL links) has been compiled by our Electronic Evidence Team and sent to Mr. Gilbert’s office. You are covered!
RE: SUBMISSION OF ANY FURTHER EVIDENCE AFTER JULY 13, 2012
If you have any NEW testimony or evidence (hard copy, digital photographic or video recordings) to add that was not referenced (via jpg files and URL links) in you submitted testimony, you will need to submit an additional Affidavit and your new evidence to Richard Gilbert’s office, as per the following instructions, click on the image or the link below.
